About the Artist
John Skaggs is a bay area native who currently resides in the Oakmore district of Oakland, California. His paintings, drawings and sculptures have been exhibited at various venues in the bay area. John developed Patten University's fine arts major, as well as teaching applied art, art history, and art aesthetics.
